Notice Regarding the Change of Operating Company Name of MNL48

Happy New Year, and thank you very much for your continued warm support of MNL48.

As previously announced on December 29, 2025, we would like to formally inform you that the operating company name of MNL48 was changed effective January 1, 2026.

Former operating company name: MNL48 Inc.
New operating company name: P.O.S Inc.

The new company name, “P.O.S,” is derived from “Pearl of the Orient Seas,” a phrase symbolizing the Philippines, and reflects our aspiration for MNL48 to continue shining even brighter in the years ahead.

Please note that the announcement regarding the group name change is scheduled to be made in January 2026.

In the coming year, MNL48 will continue moving forward toward a new stage.
