Regarding MNL48 CJ’s Non-Participation in the AKB48 “Oh my pumpkin!” Music Video

MNL48 Inc. and DH Co., Ltd. are releasing this official statement to address public inquiries and ongoing speculation regarding the non-participation of MNL48 CJ in the AKB48 “Oh my pumpkin!” music video.

MNL48 CJ was unable to participate in the filming due to issues with her travel documents during the scheduled shoot. This situation was beyond her control. She was fully prepared and willing to participate, but her documentation did not permit her to travel at that time. To clarify and correct the misinformation currently circulating, we would like to state the following:

1. MNL48 CJ did not cause any delays in the production or release of the “Oh my pumpkin!” music video.
2. Claims that MNL48 CJ refused to participate or behaved unprofessionally are false.
3. Allegations that MNL48 CJ caused internal conflict are baseless.
4. Speculations that overseas members intentionally exclude or dislike MNL48 CJ, including in vlogs or photos, are untrue.

We kindly ask the public to refrain from spreading speculation or misinformation that could harm any member or the unity of the group.
