To all fans and everyone who has supported MNL48,

As announced on May 20, 2026, MNL48 will officially conclude its activities at the end of May 2026.

We sincerely apologize for the suddenness of this announcement, and for the sadness, confusion, and disappointment it has caused to everyone who believed in MNL48 and supported the group with so much love.

Since its launch in 2018, MNL48 has grown in Manila, Philippines, together with its members, staff, and above all, its fans.

Over the past eight years, the members have shared their dreams, efforts, and emotions through songs, performances, events, livestreams, and social media. None of those moments would have been possible without your cheers, your kind words, and your unwavering support.

Your love gave strength to the members, encouragement to the staff, and meaning to every step MNL48 took.

Together with the members and staff, we searched for every possible way to protect MNL48 and keep the group moving forward.

However, after carefully considering the long-standing business environment, the operational challenges we have faced, and the stable structure needed to continue MNL48’s activities into the future, we have made the difficult decision to bring MNL48’s activities to a close with heavy hearts.

To every fan who supported MNL48, believed in the group, and stood by it until the very end, we are deeply sorry that we could not continue this journey with you.

This is a painful announcement for everyone who loves MNL48, and it is a heartbreaking decision for us as well. But MNL48 was able to continue for eight years because you were always there.

Your voices, your love, and your support are an irreplaceable treasure to MNL48, and they will remain a source of strength for each member.

Although MNL48’s activities are coming to an end, the songs, the performances, the smiles, the tears, the encounters, and all the memories we shared with you will never disappear.

The love you gave to the members will continue to live on in their hearts and in the history of MNL48.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in MNL48, standing by MNL48, and supporting the group with so much love.
